Theresa became Licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Fiduciary in 2018.  During her career she has administered a variety of different cases including Power’s of Attorney, Conservatorships, Estates and Trusts.  With hard work and dedication, In 2019 Theresa was awarded the Rising Star Award from the Arizona Fiduciary Association (AFA). Currently, she serves as a member of the AFA Board and Education Committee. Theresa specializes in Special Needs Trust Administration and has trained with top professionals across the nation at Stetson Law and The University of Texas.
